Agrispred Twin SpreaderModel: TS1350
The Agrispred TS1350 is a 3 point linkage mounted machine which has a capacity of 1320 litres (46.6 cu ft) This equates to around 1000kg (2204lbs) of granulated urea.
The Agrispred TS1350 is manufactured using very durable materials. This is an essential consideration, due to the corrosive nature of agricultural fertilisers. The robust polyethylene hoppers are impact resistant, the spinner discs, agitators, aperture parts and fins are all manufactured from stainless steel. TS1350 has a fully galvanised frame.
The hoppers are square rather than round, which allows high volume along with a lower profile. TS1350 is fitted with a full removable flexible cover for ease of filling with bulk bags.
Setting the desired spreading rate and opening/closing the apertures is easily accomplished with the hydraulic actuators. There is individual hydraulic operation for each spinner which enables total individual control for each side of this true twin spinner machine.
The spring loaded, hand adjustable vanes enable the operator to bias the spread from one side to the other or alter the spreading width. This option is unique to the Agrispred range. When used in conjunction with individual control of each side of the twin spinners the operator has a high degree of control as to exactly where the fertiliser is placed.
As a guide, at 540 rpm at the PTO when spreading granulated urea, coverage is approximately 30 metres (98 ft)
The enclosed gearboxes are strong and maintenance free.
The machine is skid mounted making it simple to attach and detach from the tractor.
